You can swap lamps out quickly without tearing down your entire conveyor. Plus, the units plug right into your standard PLC controllers, so the power adjusts automatically as your line speed changes.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The stuff they don&amp;rsquo;t always tell you&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We switched to electronic ballasts because the old magnetic ones are just wasteful. You&amp;rsquo;ll notice less flicker and about a 15-20% drop in your power bill.&#xA;But there&amp;rsquo;s something you need to watch out for: ozone.&#xA;High-intensity UV creates it, and if you don&amp;rsquo;t have the right exhaust ventilation, your team on the shop floor is going to feel it in their lungs. It&amp;rsquo;s not a fun experience.&#xA;And a quick tip: keep the air moving.
